<dc:description>This report documents our process in designing a voice shifting system that takes user voice input and shifts it to a different frequency, and outputs a new voice that has been modified to sound like a man, a woman, or a teen. In addition, this report will explains how we implement and connect each module together. All codes and diagrams that was used to implement this system will also be included.</dc:description>
