<dc:description>Report written by Kris Castle and Amber Legault. The purpose of this project was to monitor coho salmon migration patterns in the Millstone River using radio-telemetry. This project was done to confirm the previous years results; that the barriers found in the Millstone River impede the migration of coho salmon (Oncorhynchus kisutch). The two years of data collected will be used to validate the construction of a complex chain of fishways. These fishways will allow coho salmon upstream into spawning grounds and hopefully establish a naturally regenerating stock of coho salmon in the Millstone River.</dc:description>
