Abstract
A construction estimate and management plan were developed for the Brookswood Firehall civil works in Langley, BC, under the direction of Collin Kearns of Tybo Contracting. The project involved a range of on-site civil activities, including erosion and sediment control, earthworks, utility installation, and site preparation. The scope was refined during development to exclude electrical components, focusing on core civil works.
