Abstract
The following report will look at the redevelopment of three commercial lots, featuring a podium building and a tower, and the design of roadworks on three frontages for the consulting engineering firm [retracted], in Surrey, BC. The project scope involves the roadworks design of an existing arterial and collector road, with the addition of a new collector road approximately 100m long connecting between them. These roadways were created for improved physical protection for pedestrians and cyclists
